Responsibilities
The Senior Payroll Expert will process payroll for multiple entities and countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments, and serve as a subject matter expert on payroll-related matters, providing guidance and support to other teams. They will identify and implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency of payroll processing, monitor and analyze payroll data to identify trends, and stay informed of relevant local regulatory and policy changes. Additionally, the expert will work cross-functionally to provide expertise on local payroll and HR matters and respond to complex payroll and HR related questions from employees and clients.
